The Tagline

Be Beautiful (2009)
Be More. Be Yourself. Be Beautiful. (June 2010)

The initial (and short form) tagline, ‘Be Beautiful’ is based on the notion that women (more specifically, college women) possess a lower self-esteem and self-image based largely on the external images projected and perpetuated via societies mainstream channels. ‘Be Beautiful’ is the idea that only when a woman is comfortable in her own skin, is she truly beautiful. Beauty, we believe, starts and ends internally.

The long form tagline ‘Be more. Be Yourself. Be Beautiful’ was added a year later to depict the idea that in order to be beautiful, a woman must ‘Be More’: living up to her true and highest potential, and to ‘Be Yourself’: acknowledging that beauty is deeply rooted in strength, individuality, and strong self-esteem that comes from learning who you are, knowing who you are, and loving the person that you are. Be More. Be Yourself. Be Beautiful.
